All prices include GST.
Cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted at the time of treatment at the clinic. We do not accept debit at this time unless you have a visa debit card which most banking institutions in Canada offer. Email money transfers are also an option if you prefer paying from your debit account directly. Email money transfers should be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org if you are paying for treatments with Stephanie Langlais RMT. Please obtain your therapists email address if you are paying one of our other therapists.
Stephanie Langlais RMT is the only massage therapist at the clinic that is currently bill the following extended health plans directly: Pacific Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross (RCMP), Green Shield, Manulife, Greatwest life, Sunlife, Standard Life, Chamber of Commerce, Cowan, Desjardin insurance, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc, Maximum Benefit/Johnston group. Once we have your permission to direct bill on your behalf we can save a step for you. She will bill your health plan directly (similar to the dentist) and you are simply responsible for the amount (if any) not covered by your insurance plan. If we bill directly then you do not have to go through the extra steps of paying directly, submitting your receipts and waiting for reimbursement. You are required to have a credit card/visa debit on file for direct billing.
Christine Jeffrey RAC also does direct billing for acupuncture treatments. She bills Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Greatwest life, Sunlife, Standard Life, Chamber of Commerce, Cowan, Desjardin insurance, Industrial Alliance, Johnson Inc, Maximum Benefit/Johnston group.
Receipts are issued at the time of the treatment. The receipts are emailed automatically following your appointment and can be used to obtain reimbursement from your extended health plan (if you choose not to have us direct bill) or can be used as medical expenses on your tax return. The receipts contain all pertinent information that is required by extended health plans or to be used for tax purposes.
